We did the usual sharing and updating, but we also ran through a great session discussing how we might share our collective experience to benefit others. The session reminded me that…

  • In-person collaboration unlocks great conversation which flows naturally
  • The interaction between humans is energising, even as a spectator
  • Small groups can be extremely productive and efficient

While the flexibility of remote working can lead to increased productivity, it’s crucial not to underestimate the power of in-person collaboration.
