Developed an ambitious, scalable, target customer experience to transform FutureLearn’s course creation and discovery experiences, increase the volume of courses, and deliver increased ROI for partners.

Optimising blended learning to improve employment prospects

Explored and helped define how to deliver an optimally blended learning experience that combines scheduled, on-campus in-person activity with on-demand and online activities for maximum flexibility and convenience. Designed from the ground up, over retrofitting a campus-based degree to a digital experience, resulting in a prototype to test key aspects of the new model with UK undergrad students.

With multiple external agencies working on different projects, it was clear that implementing a more structured and integrated UX approach would deliver additional value. Creating a UX Playbook was agreed to be the appropriate way forward to fit the client’s needs.
