Recently I was asked to write an article for our company blog, and not being a big writer I reached out to my team for help. I thought if I posed a question to everyone, and asked for a one paragraph answer I could compile a reasonable article without having to write it all myself. Selfish, maybe, but the act allowed a chance for our team to learn a little about each other. He’s my own insight.
