This may be a physically small book, but it packs a big punch. After sitting on my must-read pile for some time, I finally got around to reading this. I was promoted by a recent content-heavy web project, and the information inside was so helpful. The author, Sarah Winters, has helped the Government Digital Service team to use a content design approach to deliver a solid, scalable content strategy. This book is full of practical advice and it’s so easy to read.
