Strong opinions loosely held, that’s the premise of the latest book from Adam Grant. The author invites us to question everything, especially our own thoughts, summarising a collection of useful social psychology research which challenges how we think and why we think the way we do. Stepping back, most of what is shared is common sense, but it only appears that way because of the way Adam Grant clearly explains the ideas. I was left feeling comfortable about not knowing things, but more importantly, being comfortable and open about not needing to be right about everything, all the time.
