Following various documentaries and Channel 4’s wonderful Art Club, I found Grayson Perry to be a very interesting character. This book is very self-reflective, it’s honest and written from Grayson’s personal experience. However, it also looks outward, it’s not about the failure of men but rather the issues in how maleness is defined and determined by society. Listening to the author narrate the audiobook, you can hear Grayson’s inquisitive nature.
