Both leaders and team members will get lots of useful insights from Charlie Gladstone and his years of experience. It will help leaders understand how they can get the best from their teams, as it says in the subtitle. But, it also helps team members get the best from each other and provides an insight into what leaders are trying to achieve.
I’d highly recommend it for all leaders, wannabe leaders and anyone that works in a team.
