I have to admit that I didn’t know who Tony Fedell was before listening to this book and certainly hadn’t realised I’d been using products designed by him and his teams for years, either. I’d seen the book pop up in various reviews, but the cover tagline, An Unorthodox Guide To Making Things Worth Making, drew me in. I opted for the audiobook, narrated by Roger Wayne, whose voice glides nicely at x1.3 speed and perfectly fits the tone of this silicon valley story. The book contains practical tips and fantastic anecdotes and is delivered with great storytelling.
